Safety Instructions

Read all instructions before installation and operation.

  1. Ensure the power is switched OFF at the mains before installation or maintenance.
  2. Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes.
  3. Do not install near flammable materials or in explosive atmospheres.
  4. Ensure the mounting surface can support at least 3 times the weight of the luminaire.
  5. Do not modify the product. Use only original parts.

WARNING! Risk of electric shock. Disconnect power before servicing. Do not expose to rain or moisture during installation.

Installation Guide

Unpack and inspect contents. Verify all parts are present and undamaged.

  1. Choose mounting location: Pole, wall, or ceiling with adequate structural support.
  2. Assemble mounting bracket: Attach to luminaire using provided screws.
  3. Secure bracket to mounting surface using appropriate hardware (not included).
  4. Connect wiring: Follow wiring diagram in Section 6.
  5. Secure luminaire to bracket and adjust tilt angle as needed.
  6. Restore power and test operation.

CAUTION! Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during installation.

Technical Specifications

Wiring Diagram

Connect the luminaire to the mains supply via a suitable weatherproof junction box.

  1. Identify wires: Brown (Live/L), Blue (Neutral/N), Green/Yellow (Earth/PE).
  2. Ensure all connections are tight and insulated.
  3. For dimmable models: Connect dimmer wires as per dimmer manufacturer's instructions (typically Purple/Violet and Grey wires).

Tip: Use conduit glands (not included) for cable entry points to maintain IP rating.

Mounting Instructions

Detailed steps for pole and wall mounting.

  1. Pole Mounting: Use U-bracket (included). Wrap around pole, secure with bolts. Attach luminaire bracket to U-bracket.
  2. Wall Mounting: Use wall bracket (included). Fix to wall with appropriate anchors. Attach luminaire.
  3. Angle Adjustment: Loosen tilt adjustment bolt, set desired angle (0°-15°), retighten securely.
  4. Ensure all bolts are tightened to recommended torque (2.5 Nm).

WARNING! Do not overtighten screws. Check stability after installation.

Operation & Dimming

Standard model operates at full brightness when powered. Dimmable models require compatible dimmer.

  1. Switch ON/OFF via mains switch or external control system.
  2. For dimming (if supported): Use 1-10V, DALI, or phase-cut dimmer as per model variant.
  3. Dimming range: Typically 10%-100% of light output.
  4. No user-serviceable parts inside. Do not open housing.

Note: Allow 2-3 minutes for full brightness after cold start in low temperatures.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular inspection ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Disconnect power before any maintenance.
  2. Clean lens and housing with soft cloth and mild detergent if needed. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  3. Check mounting hardware for tightness annually.
  4. Inspect seals for damage. Replace if compromised to maintain IP rating.

CAUTION! Do not use high-pressure water jets directly on seals. Do not disassemble the LED module.
