Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure proper mounting surface.

  1. Mounting: Use provided brackets to mount on flat, non-flammable surface.
  2. Electrical Connection: Turn off power before connecting wires.
  3. Input Connection: Connect AC mains to L/N terminals, ground to PE terminal.
  4. Output Connection: Connect LED load to V+/V- terminals observing polarity.
  5. Ventilation: Ensure minimum 50mm clearance around unit for cooling.

WARNING! High voltage present. Only qualified personnel should perform installation. Ensure all connections are secure.

First-Time Setup

Configure DIP switches before applying power.

  1. Select Mode: Set DIP switches for Constant Voltage (CV) or Constant Current (CC) operation.
  2. Voltage/Current Setting: Adjust output voltage/current using corresponding DIP switches.
  3. Dimming Setup: Connect dimmer wires to DIM+/DIM- terminals if required.
  4. Power On: Apply AC power and check status LED (green = normal operation).
  5. Load Test: Verify LED load operates correctly at desired brightness.

CAUTION! Do not exceed maximum output specifications. Match driver to LED load requirements.

Connecting Devices

Proper wiring ensures safe and reliable operation.

  1. AC Input: Use 1.5mm² minimum wire for mains connection.
  2. DC Output: Use appropriate gauge wire for LED load current.
  3. Dimming Control: Connect compatible dimmer to DIM terminals.
  4. Multiple Units: For parallel operation, ensure identical models and settings.
  5. Grounding: Always connect protective earth (PE) terminal.

Tip: Use wire ferrules for stranded wire connections to prevent stray strands.

Operation Modes

Two primary operating modes available.

  1. Constant Voltage (CV) Mode: Maintains stable output voltage regardless of load changes. Ideal for LED strips and modules with built-in current regulation.
  2. Constant Current (CC) Mode: Maintains stable output current regardless of voltage changes. Ideal for direct LED driving and high-power LED arrays.
  3. Dimming Operation: Supports PWM (100Hz-1kHz) and 0-10V analog dimming. Connect compatible controller for brightness adjustment.
  4. Parallel Operation: Multiple units can be connected in parallel for higher power applications (consult technical support).

WARNING! Do not switch modes while powered on. Always disconnect power before changing DIP switch settings.

Protection Features

Built-in protections ensure safe operation and long lifespan.

Care & Maintenance

Regular inspection ensures optimal performance.

  1. Cleaning: Use dry cloth only; do not use liquids or chemicals.
  2. Inspection: Check terminals quarterly for corrosion or loose connections.
  3. Ventilation: Ensure cooling fins remain unobstructed.
  4. Load Check: Verify LED load matches driver specifications annually.

CAUTION! Disconnect power before any maintenance. Do not open housing as this voids warranty and exposes live parts.
