Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure power is disconnected before installation.

  1. Mounting: Use provided brackets to mount on suitable surface.
  2. Electrical Connection: Connect AC input wires to L/N terminals.
  3. LED Connection: Connect LED module to +/- output terminals observing polarity.
  4. Dimming Connection: Connect dimming wires if applicable (see section 7).
  5. Secure all connections and close housing.

WARNING! Installation must be performed by qualified personnel. Ensure proper grounding.

First-Time Setup

After installation, configure for your specific application.

  1. Set Output Current: Use DIP switches inside housing to select required current.
  2. Configure Dimming: Select dimming protocol via internal jumper.
  3. Power On: Apply AC power; check status LED (green = normal).
  4. Test Operation: Verify LED module illuminates correctly.
  5. Adjust dimming if connected to ensure full range control.

CAUTION! Do not open housing while powered. Allow to cool before handling.

Specifications

Controls and Settings

Internal DIP switches and jumpers for configuration.

DIP Switch Bank (SW1): 4-position switch for current setting: Position 1-2-3-4: 0000=300mA, 0001=350mA, ... 1111=1050mA

Dimming Select Jumper (J1): Position 1-2: 0-10V analog Position 2-3: PWM Position 3-4: DALI

Status LED: Green: Normal operation Red flashing: Over temperature Red solid: Short circuit/Over voltage Off: No power or fault

Connecting Devices

AC Input: Connect to L/N terminals. LED Output: Connect to +/- terminals. Dimming: Connect to DIM+ and DIM-.

  1. Ensure power is OFF before making connections.
  2. Use appropriate wire gauge (min 0.75mm² for input, 1.0mm² for output).
  3. For dimming: Use shielded cable for 0-10V/PWM; follow DALI wiring guidelines.
  4. Secure all connections with proper torque (0.5Nm).

Tip: Keep dimming wires separate from power wires to avoid interference.

Operation Modes

Supports constant current operation with various dimming protocols.

  1. Constant Current Mode: Maintains set current regardless of voltage variations.
  2. Dimming Operation: Smooth dimming from 1% to 100% with compatible controller.
  3. Thermal Management: Automatically reduces output if temperature exceeds limit.
  4. Standby Mode: Consumes <0.5W when dimmed to minimum.

WARNING! Do not exceed maximum output voltage or current settings.

Protection Features

Short Circuit Protection: Auto shut-off with auto-recovery after fault cleared. Over Temperature: Reduces output current when >85°C. Over Voltage: Shuts down if output voltage exceeds limit. Input Surge: 4kV line to line, 6kV line to ground.

Care & Maintenance

Disconnect power before maintenance. Clean with dry cloth only; do not use chemicals.

CAUTION! Do not disassemble unit beyond user-serviceable parts. No user-serviceable parts inside.
