Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure proper mounting surface.

  1. Mounting: Use appropriate screws to secure driver to a solid surface.
  2. Electrical Connection: Connect AC input wires to L (Live) and N (Neutral) terminals.
  3. LED Connection: Connect LED+ and LED- to corresponding output terminals.
  4. Dimming Connection: Connect dimming wires to DIM+ and DIM- if required.
  5. Ground Connection: Connect ground wire to earth terminal.

WARNING! Ensure power is disconnected before installation. Use proper wire gauges as per local electrical codes.

First-Time Setup

After installation, apply power and verify operation.

  1. Power Verification: Check that input voltage matches driver specifications.
  2. Output Check: Verify LED lights up at expected brightness.
  3. Dimming Test: If connected, test dimming functionality from minimum to maximum.
  4. Thermal Check: Ensure driver is not overheating during initial operation.

CAUTION! Do not operate without proper heat dissipation. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.

Specifications

Controls and Settings

Status LED indicates operational state: Green - Normal operation, Red - Fault condition.

Dimming Control: Compatible with 0-10V, PWM, or resistance dimming methods. Connect dimming wires to control brightness.

Output Current: Factory set to 1050mA. Do not adjust without proper equipment.

Thermal Management: Built-in thermal protection automatically reduces output if temperature exceeds safe limits.

Connecting Devices

Input: Connect to AC power supply. Output: Connect to LED module. Dimming: Optional dimmer connection.

  1. Turn off all power sources before making connections.
  2. Use proper connectors for secure wire termination.
  3. Ensure polarity is correct for LED connections (LED+ to positive, LED- to negative).
  4. For dimming, follow dimmer manufacturer's instructions.

Tip: Use wire nuts or terminal blocks for secure connections. Check all connections twice before powering on.

Operation Modes

Supports constant current operation with various dimming options.

  1. Normal Operation: Driver provides constant current to LED load.
  2. Dimming Mode: When dimmer connected, output adjusts based on control signal.
  3. Protection Mode: Automatically enters protection if fault detected (short circuit, over-temperature).
  4. Standby Mode: Minimal power consumption when no load connected.

WARNING! Do not exceed maximum output voltage or current ratings. Ensure proper load matching.

Safety Features

Multiple protections: Short circuit protection, Overload protection, Over-temperature protection, Over-voltage protection.

IP67 Rating: Waterproof and dustproof for outdoor and harsh environment use.

Isolation: Reinforced isolation between input and output circuits.

Care & Maintenance

Regular inspection recommended. Keep driver clean and free from debris.

  1. Visual Inspection: Check for physical damage or corrosion monthly.
  2. Connection Check: Verify all electrical connections are tight every 6 months.
  3. Heat Sink Cleaning: Remove dust from heat sink fins annually.
  4. Performance Check: Verify output current and voltage annually.

CAUTION! Disconnect power before any maintenance. Do not use water or cleaning solvents.
