Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure power is disconnected before installation.

  1. Mounting: Secure driver to a solid surface using provided brackets, ensuring adequate ventilation.
  2. Electrical Connection: Connect AC input wires (L, N, PE) to mains supply via terminal block.
  3. LED Connection: Connect LED module wires (+/-) to output terminals, observing polarity.
  4. Dimming Connection: If used, connect dimmer wires (V+, DIM, DIM-) to appropriate terminals.
  5. Secure all connections and replace cover before applying power.

WARNING! Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician. Ensure correct voltage and load matching to prevent damage.

First-Time Setup

After installation, configure output current before powering on.

  1. Set Output Current: Use dip-switches inside housing to select desired current (e.g., 350mA, 700mA, 1050mA).
  2. Verify Load: Ensure connected LED load matches driver's rated output current and voltage range.
  3. Power On: Apply AC power; check LED illumination.
  4. Dimming Test: If connected, adjust dimmer to verify smooth operation from 0% to 100%.

CAUTION! Do not operate without proper load. Incorrect current setting may damage LED modules.

Specifications

Controls and Connections

Terminal Block Layout (from left to right): AC INPUT (L, N, PE), DC OUTPUT (+V, -V), DIMMING (V+, DIM, DIM-).

Dip-Switch Settings: Located under cover. SW1-3 for current selection (refer to label chart).

Dimming Modes: Jumper selectable between 0-10V, PWM, or Resistance dimming.

Indicator LED: Green LED indicates normal operation; flashing indicates fault condition.

Dimming Operation

Supports smooth dimming from 100% down to 1% (minimum dimming level).

  1. Ensure dimmer compatibility (0-10V, PWM, or Resistance).
  2. Connect dimmer wires to DIM terminals (observe polarity for 0-10V).
  3. Set dimming mode jumper if required (default: 0-10V).
  4. Power on; dimmer control should adjust light output linearly.

Note: Some LED modules may have a minimum dimming threshold. For no dimming, leave DIM terminals open or short DIM to V+ for 100% output.

Protection Features

Built-in safeguards ensure safe operation and longevity.

Tip: Ensure mounting surface allows for heat dissipation to avoid triggering thermal protection.

Maintenance & Care

Periodic inspection recommended for long-term reliability.

  1. Visual Inspection: Check for physical damage, corrosion, or loose connections every 6 months.
  2. Cleaning: Use dry cloth to remove dust; do not use liquids or solvents.
  3. Ventilation: Ensure no obstructions around housing that may impede airflow.

CAUTION! Disconnect power before any inspection or cleaning. Do not open sealed housing as it voids warranty and IP rating.
