Specifications

Controls and Operation

Primary control is the Temperature Dial on the handle. Front Indicator Light shows power status.

Temperature Settings: Dial rotates from OFF, through WARM, to 400°F. Numbers correspond to approximate temperature levels.

Cooking Modes:
Warm (150°F): Keep food warm without cooking.
Low (250°F): Simmering, slow cooking.
Medium (300°F): Sautéing, frying eggs, pancakes.
High (350°-400°F): Searing meat, stir-frying, browning.

Indicator Light: Glows red when heating; may cycle on/off as thermostat maintains temperature.

Cooking Guide

Use wooden, silicone, or plastic utensils to preserve the non-stick coating.

  1. Preheat the skillet with the lid off for 3-5 minutes at desired temperature.
  2. Add a small amount of oil or butter if desired (not required for non-stick).
  3. Add food. Do not overcrowd the surface for even cooking.
  4. Cover with lid to retain moisture and heat for certain foods (e.g., steaming vegetables).
  5. Adjust temperature as needed. Turn dial to WARM to keep food ready for serving.
  6. When finished, turn dial to OFF and unplug the power cord from the outlet.

Tip: Allow the skillet to cool completely before cleaning.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Always unplug and allow the skillet to cool completely before cleaning.

  1. Detach the power cord from the skillet.
  2. Wash the cooking surface, lid, and handles with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge or cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  3. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft towel.
  4. Wipe the exterior base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
