Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Choose a suitable location.

  1. Position the panel: Place in direct sunlight, facing the sun. Use kickstand for angle adjustment.
  2. For USB charging: Connect your device directly to the USB port using a standard USB cable.
  3. For 12V battery charging: Connect the DC output cable to your battery (red to positive, black to negative).
  4. Secure the panel: Can be mounted on curved surfaces (RV, boat) using adhesive or ties (not included).

WARNING! Do not install near heat sources or flammable materials. Ensure connections are dry before operation.

First-Time Setup

Ensure panel is in sunlight; connect your device or battery.

  1. Check sunlight: Panel requires direct sunlight for optimal performance (avoid shade).
  2. Connect device: For USB, plug in device; charging indicator on device should activate.
  3. Connect battery: For 12V, ensure battery voltage is compatible (12V system). Connect alligator clips securely.
  4. Monitor charging: Device/battery will begin charging if sunlight is sufficient.

CAUTION! Do not short-circuit the DC output terminals. Reverse polarity can damage the panel or battery.

  1. Ensure panel is in sunlight.
  2. For USB: Use manufacturer's cable to connect device to USB port.
  3. For DC: Connect alligator clips to battery terminals (red positive, black negative) or use cigarette lighter adapter for compatible sockets.
  4. Charging begins automatically if conditions are met.

Tip: For best results, clean panel surface and angle it perpendicular to the sun.

Charging Operation

Supports direct charging of USB devices and 12V batteries.

  1. Position panel: Adjust kickstand for maximum sun exposure.
  2. Connect: Plug in device or battery.
  3. Monitor: Check device/battery for charging indication.
  4. Disconnect: Unplug when charging is complete or when not in use.

Notes:

WARNING! Do not attempt to disassemble the panel. Avoid sharp objects that may puncture the surface.

Maintenance & Storage

Clean panel with soft, damp cloth. Store in cool, dry place.

  1. Cleaning: Wipe surface gently with water and mild soap if needed. Do not use abrasive materials.
  2. Storage: Keep in original packaging or protective case. Avoid folding beyond 30 degrees during storage.
  3. Inspection: Periodically check cables and connectors for damage.
