Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure proper ventilation.

  1. Choose location: Mount in dry, well-ventilated area away from heat sources.
  2. Connect to battery: Attach red cable to positive (+) terminal, black to negative (-) terminal.
  3. Secure connections: Tighten all terminals to prevent arcing.
  4. Ground connection: Connect grounding wire to vehicle chassis if required.
  5. Connect remote: Plug remote control cable into inverter port.

WARNING! Ensure battery polarity is correct to avoid damage. Disconnect battery before installation.

First-Time Setup

Power on inverter; verify operation.

  1. Check battery voltage: Ensure battery reads 11-15V DC before connection.
  2. Power switch: Turn inverter to ON position.
  3. LED verification: Green power LED should illuminate.
  4. Test output: Plug in low-wattage device to confirm operation.
  5. Remote setup: Pair remote control if included.

CAUTION! Do not exceed 95-watt continuous load. Allow adequate airflow around unit.

Specifications

Controls and Indicators

Front Panel: POWER switch, LED indicators, AC outlets, USB ports. Remote: ON/OFF, status display.

LED Indicators: Green (power on), Red (overload/fault), Yellow (low battery).

Controls: Power switch (ON/OFF), remote enable button, fan speed control (auto). Display: Remote shows input voltage, output wattage, error codes. Settings: Low voltage cutoff adjustable via DIP switches (10.5V/11V/11.5V).

Connecting Devices

AC devices: Plug into outlets. USB devices: Connect to USB ports.

  1. Check device wattage: Ensure total load ≤ 95 watts continuous.
  2. Power sequence: Turn on inverter before connecting devices.
  3. Connect devices: Plug into AC outlets or USB ports.
  4. Monitor: Watch LED indicators for normal operation.

Tip: Start with highest-wattage device first to test load capacity.

Operation Modes

Supports continuous, standby, and remote operation.

  1. Normal mode: Powers connected devices continuously up to 95W.
  2. Standby mode: Auto-enters when no load detected (reduces power consumption).
  3. Remote mode: Use wireless remote to turn on/off from distance.
  4. Eco mode: Optional setting to minimize idle current draw.
  5. Fan operation: Automatically activates based on temperature.

WARNING! Do not cover ventilation slots. Allow fan to operate freely.

Safety Features

Overload Protection: Auto-shutdown if load exceeds 95W. Low Battery Cutoff: Prevents battery drain below set voltage. Short Circuit Protection: Immediate shutdown on short. Over-Temperature: Thermal protection activates at 158°F (70°C). Reverse Polarity: Fuse protection against incorrect connections.

Care & Maintenance

Keep unit clean and dry. Check connections periodically.

  1. Cleaning: Use dry cloth; do not use liquids.
  2. Ventilation: Ensure air vents are unobstructed.
  3. Battery check: Monitor battery voltage regularly.
  4. Connection inspection: Tighten terminals every 3 months.

CAUTION! Disconnect from battery before cleaning. Store in dry location.
