Safety Information

Read all instructions before use. Improper use can cause fire, explosion, or severe injury.

  1. Use only for 12V lead-acid batteries. Do not use for 6V or 24V systems.
  2. Ensure jump starter and vehicle are off before connecting clamps.
  3. Connect positive (RED) clamp to positive terminal first, then negative (BLACK) to engine block or grounded metal away from battery.
  4. Keep away from heat, fire, and water. Do not disassemble.
  5. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

WARNING! Never connect clamps directly together. Avoid contact between positive and negative clamps or terminals.

First-Time Setup & Charging

Fully charge the unit before first use.

  1. Plug the included DC charger into the unit's INPUT port.
  2. Connect the charger to a standard 100-240V AC wall outlet.
  3. The digital display will show charging progress. A full charge takes approximately 4-5 hours.
  4. When fully charged, the display will show 100%. Disconnect the charger.

CAUTION! Use only the provided charger. Charging in temperatures outside 0°C to 40°C may damage the battery.

Controls and Indicators

LCD Display: Shows internal battery level (0-100%), vehicle battery voltage (0-20V), and error codes.

LED Indicators: Power ON (Blue), Charging (Red), Fully Charged (Green), Error (Flashing Red).

Buttons: POWER (Press to turn on/off jump starter functions), LIGHT (Press to cycle through light modes: ON > Flashing > SOS > OFF).

Jump Starting Procedure

Follow these steps carefully to jump start a vehicle.

  1. Ensure the jump starter is turned OFF.
  2. Connect RED positive clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's dead battery.
  3. Connect BLACK negative clamp to a clean, unpainted metal part of the engine block or chassis (ground), away from the battery and fuel lines.
  4. Turn ON the jump starter by pressing the POWER button. The display will light up.
  5. Start the vehicle. Crank for no more than 3 seconds. Wait 30 seconds between attempts.
  6. Once the vehicle starts, turn OFF the jump starter.
  7. Disconnect the BLACK clamp first, then the RED clamp.
  8. Recharge the jump starter as soon as possible.

Tip: If the vehicle does not start after 3 attempts, the battery may be beyond recovery or another problem may exist.

Using as a Power Bank

The unit can charge phones, tablets, and power 12V devices.

  1. Press the POWER button to turn on the unit (not required for USB charging in some models).
  2. Connect your device to the USB-A or USB-C port using a compatible cable.
  3. The device will begin charging automatically. The display shows the remaining internal battery.
  4. To use the 12V DC socket, plug in a compatible 12V accessory (e.g., tyre inflator). The unit must be turned ON.

WARNING! Do not exceed the 10A limit on the 12V socket. Do not connect to another battery.

LED Work Light & SOS

The built-in LED light has multiple modes for emergencies and work.

Press the LIGHT button repeatedly to cycle: Steady Light (for work) > Flashing (for warning) > SOS (Morse code distress signal) > OFF.

CAUTION! The light can become hot during prolonged use. Do not cover.

Care & Storage

Unplug all devices before storage. Clean with a dry cloth; do not use liquids.

  1. Recharge the unit at least once every 3 months to maintain battery health.
  2. Store in the included carry case in a cool, dry location (15°C-25°C ideal).
  3. Keep clamps clean and ensure the protective covers are in place.

CAUTION! Do not expose to direct sunlight, extreme heat, or submerge in water. Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself.

Projecta SPP120K is covered by a 12-month warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
