Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, dry surface.

  1. Connect to AC power: Plug cord into grounded 230V outlet.
  2. Connect to battery: Attach red clamp to positive (+) terminal, black to negative (-).
  3. Ensure connections are secure and free of corrosion.
  4. Power on the charger using the front panel button.

WARNING! Ensure area is well-ventilated. Keep away from flammable materials. Connect clamps in correct polarity to avoid damage.

First-Time Setup

Power on charger; follow display prompts.

  1. Select battery type: Use MODE button to choose AGM, GEL, WET, or CALCIUM.
  2. Set charging mode: Choose between Standard Charge, Fast Charge, or Maintenance.
  3. Start charging: Press ENTER to begin the selected program.

WARNING! Do not use Fast Charge on batteries showing signs of damage or swelling.

Diagnostic Features

Battery Health Test: Measures voltage under load and calculates state of health. Internal Resistance Check: Displays battery internal resistance in milliohms. Error Code Display: Shows fault conditions (e.g., E01: Reverse Polarity, E02: Over-temperature).

Care & Maintenance
