Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Choose suitable location with ventilation.

  1. Connect to battery: Use appropriate gauge cables (min 4mm² for <1m). Connect RED to positive (+), BLACK to negative (-) terminals.
  2. Secure inverter: Mount in dry, well-ventilated area away from heat sources.
  3. Connect remote (optional): Plug remote switch into dedicated port.
  4. Ensure all connections are tight and insulated.

WARNING! Risk of electric shock. Ensure battery is disconnected during installation. Do not reverse polarity.

First-Time Setup

After installation, verify connections before powering on.

  1. Check battery voltage: Ensure battery is between 10V and 15V DC.
  2. Power on: Press power switch; green LED should illuminate.
  3. Test output: Connect a small load (e.g., phone charger) to verify operation.
  4. Monitor indicators: Ensure no fault LEDs are active during normal operation.

CAUTION! Do not connect loads exceeding 100W continuous. Ensure adequate ventilation around inverter.

Specifications

Controls and Indicators

Front Panel: Power switch, Status LED indicators.

LED Indicators: - Green (POWER): Steady = normal operation; Off = no power or shutdown. - Red (FAULT): Flashing = overload/short circuit; Steady = over temperature. - Yellow (LOW BATTERY): Illuminates when battery voltage drops below 10.5V.

Rear Panel: DC input terminals, AC output socket, Remote control port, Cooling fan vent.

Remote Control (optional): On/Off switch for convenient control from distance.

Connecting Devices

Connect AC devices to the output socket. Ensure total load does not exceed 100W.

  1. Check device power rating: Verify wattage on device label or manual.
  2. Power off inverter before connecting/disconnecting devices.
  3. Plug device into AC socket securely.
  4. Power on inverter first, then turn on connected device.

Tip: For motorized devices (e.g., small pumps), ensure surge power (start-up current) is within 200W peak capacity.

Operation Guidelines

Designed for continuous operation within specified limits.

  1. Monitor battery voltage: Avoid deep discharge to prolong battery life.
  2. Ventilation: Ensure fan vents are unobstructed.
  3. Load management: Do not exceed 100W continuous load.
  4. Shutdown sequence: Turn off connected devices first, then inverter.
  5. Remote operation: Use optional remote for convenient on/off control.
  6. Noise: Fan may activate under high load or temperature.

WARNING! Do not use with high-surge devices exceeding 200W peak. Not for use with life-support medical equipment without backup.

Safety Features

Overload Protection: Automatically shuts down if load exceeds 100W continuous; resets after cooling and load reduction. Short Circuit Protection: Immediate shutdown on output short; reset by power cycling. Thermal Protection: Shuts down if internal temperature exceeds safe limit; resumes after cooling. Low Battery Protection: Alarm (yellow LED) at ~10.5V; shutdown at ~10.0V to protect battery. Reverse Polarity Protection: Internal fuse protects against incorrect DC connection.

Care & Maintenance

Keep unit clean and dry. Periodically check connections for corrosion or looseness.

Cleaning: Use dry cloth only; do not use liquids or solvents.

Storage: Store in dry place when not in use. Disconnect from battery if storing long-term.

CAUTION! Do not open casing; no user-serviceable parts inside. Refer to qualified technician for internal issues.
