First-Time Operation

Before starting, ensure you are in a well-ventilated outdoor area.

  2. Set choke lever to 'ON' for cold starts.
  3. Press primer bulb 5-7 times.
  4. Hold unit firmly, engage safety lock, and pull starter cord briskly.
  5. Once engine starts, move choke to 'OFF' after 30 seconds.
  6. Allow engine to warm up for 2 minutes before engaging cutting head.
