Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on a stable, dry, and heat-resistant surface.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers.
  2. Wash the removable parts (kettle, lid, filter) with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
  3. Place the power base on a flat surface near a power outlet.
  4. Ensure the kettle is properly seated on the power base before plugging in.

WARNING! Do not immerse the power base, cord, or plug in water. Keep the cord away from hot surfaces.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, it is recommended to perform an initial cleaning cycle.

  1. Fill the kettle with clean water up to the maximum mark.
  2. Place the kettle on the power base and plug into a 220-240V AC outlet.
  3. Press the power button to boil the water.
  4. Once boiled, discard the water. Repeat once more to remove any manufacturing residues.
  5. Your Livoo TEA303 is now ready for use.

CAUTION! Never operate the kettle without water. Always fill between the MIN and MAX marks.

Controls and Settings

The control panel is located on the power base.

Power Button (I/O): Press to start boiling. The appliance will automatically shut off when water reaches boiling point. The keep-warm function will then activate for 30 minutes.

LED Indicators:
Red Light: Illuminates when boiling is in progress.
Green Light: Illuminates when the keep-warm function is active.

Manual Override: You can cancel the keep-warm function at any time by pressing the power button again or by lifting the kettle from the base.

Using the Tea Maker

Follow these steps to make tea.

  1. Fill: Open the lid and fill the kettle with fresh, cold water. Do not exceed the MAX mark.
  2. Add Tea: Place loose tea leaves or tea bags into the removable filter. Insert the filter into the kettle.
  3. Close Lid: Ensure the lid is securely closed and locked.
  4. Boil: Place the kettle on the power base and press the power button. The red LED will light up.
  5. Steep: Once boiling is complete (automatic shut-off), let the tea steep for the recommended time (3-5 minutes).
  6. Serve: Remove the filter with tea leaves/bags. Pour tea. The green keep-warm LED will keep the remaining tea warm for 30 minutes.

Tip: For best results, use filtered water and pre-warm the kettle with hot water before making tea.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Unplug and allow to cool completely before cleaning.

  1. Exterior: Wipe the stainless steel body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  2. Interior & Filter: Wash the kettle, lid, and filter with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Limescale can be removed with a mixture of water and vinegar (1:1), boiled and then discarded. Rinse well afterwards.
  3. Power Base: Wipe with a dry cloth only. Never immerse in water.

CAUTION! Do not use harsh chemicals, steel wool, or scouring pads. Never immerse the appliance in water.

Safety Features

Auto Shut-Off: Turns off automatically when water reaches boiling point or if the kettle is empty (boil-dry protection).

Safety Lid Lock: The lid locks during operation to prevent hot water from splashing out.
