Getting Started

Power on the speaker and prepare for first-time use.

  1. Charging: Connect the USB-C cable to the speaker and a power adapter (not included) or computer USB port. The indicator will glow red while charging and turn blue when fully charged.
  2. Power On/Off: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds. You will hear a startup sound.
  3. Initial Bluetooth Pairing: The speaker will enter pairing mode automatically on first power-up (flashing blue light). See Section 6 for details.

CAUTION! Use only the provided USB-C cable or a certified equivalent. Do not expose the charging port to liquids while charging.

Controls and Indicators

All controls are located on the top panel of the speaker.

Buttons: Power, Volume Up (+), Volume Down (-), Play/Pause/Answer Call, Bluetooth/Pairing, Party Pair.

Indicator Lights: - Power/Battery: Red (charging), Blue (fully charged/on), Flashing Red (low battery). - Bluetooth: Solid Blue (connected), Flashing Blue (pairing mode). - Party Pair: Pulsing Green (in Party Mode).

Auxiliary Input: Located under the rubber seal on the back. Ensure the seal is closed tightly after use to maintain waterproofing.

Bluetooth Pairing

Connect your speaker to a Bluetooth-enabled device.

  1. Turn on the speaker. It will automatically try to reconnect to the last paired device.
  2. To pair a new device, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds until the Bluetooth indicator flashes blue.
  3. On your phone/tablet/computer, go to Bluetooth settings, search for "KASTSP200", and select it to pair.
  4. You will hear a confirmation tone and the light will turn solid blue.

Tip: The speaker can remember up to 8 devices. To switch between them, disconnect from the current device and connect from the new device's Bluetooth menu.

Advanced Features

Maximize your experience with these features.

  1. Party Pairing (Stereo/Dual Mode): Press the Party Pair button on both speakers. One will be designated Left channel, the other Right for true stereo. Press again to switch to Party Mode (same audio on both).
  2. Hands-Free Calls: Press the Play/Pause button once to answer an incoming call. Press and hold for 2 seconds to reject. Press during a call to mute/unmute the microphone.
  3. Voice Assistant: When connected via Bluetooth, press and hold the Play/Pause button for 3 seconds to activate your phone's default voice assistant (Siri/Google Assistant).
  4. Auxiliary Input: Connect a 3.5mm audio cable from your device to the speaker's AUX IN port. The speaker will automatically switch to Aux mode.

WARNING! Do not press buttons with excessive force. Keep the microphone area clean for clear call quality.

Care & Maintenance

To ensure longevity and optimal performance of your speaker.

  1. Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, dampen the cloth slightly with fresh water. Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners.
  2. Waterproofing: Ensure all port covers (USB-C, AUX) are tightly sealed before exposing to water. Rinse with fresh water after exposure to saltwater or chlorinated water and dry thoroughly.
  3. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  4. Battery: For long-term storage, charge the battery to about 50% and power off the device.

Troubleshooting
