Installation

Connecting Devices

Auxiliary Input: Connect MP3 player, smartphone, or tablet via 3.5mm cable.

  1. Ensure unit and external device are powered off.
  2. Connect cable from device's headphone output to AUX IN on unit.
  3. Power on both devices. Set MODE to AUX.
  4. Start playback on external device; adjust volume on unit.

Tip: For best audio quality, set external device volume to 75% and use unit's volume control.

Playing Media

Supports CDs, cassettes, radio, and auxiliary input.

  1. CD Playback: Press OPEN/CLOSE, insert disc label-up. Press PLAY. Use SKIP for tracks.
  2. Cassette Playback: Insert cassette, close door. Press PLAY. Auto-reverse engages at tape end.
  3. Radio: Select TUNER mode. Use TUNING/SEARCH. Save presets as described.
  4. Auxiliary: Select AUX mode, play connected device.
