Installation & Assembly

Unpack all parts and inspect for damage. Assemble on a clean, flat surface with adequate clearance.

  1. Attach Uprights: Bolt the console uprights to the main frame using provided hardware.
  2. Install Console: Secure the LCD console to the uprights; connect the wire harness.
  3. Attach Handrails: Bolt side handrails to the frame; ensure heart rate grips are connected.
  4. Install Safety Key: Insert the safety key into the console slot.
  5. Unfold and Level: Unfold the treadmill; adjust leveling feet on uneven floors.

WARNING! Treadmill is heavy; use two people for assembly. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.

First-Time Setup

After assembly, prepare for first use.

  1. Power Connection: Plug into a dedicated 120V outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  2. Insert Safety Key: Attach the clip to your clothing and insert the key into the console.
  3. Console Initialization: The display will light up. Set user data (weight, age) if prompted.
  4. Belt Alignment & Tension: Check belt centering; adjust tension per manual if needed.
  5. Lubrication: Verify the deck is pre-lubricated; apply silicone lubricant if required.

CAUTION! Keep area clear behind and on sides of treadmill. Test safety key function before first run.

Console Buttons: START, STOP, SPEED +/- (Quick Keys), INCLINE +/-, MODE, ENTER.

Operation Modes: Manual, Program. Program Selection: Press MODE to scroll through P1-P6 (Fat Burn, Cardio, Hill, etc.), press ENTER to select. Speed/Incline Adjustment: Use +/- buttons during workout. Quick Keys: Preset speed buttons (e.g., 3, 5, 7 mph). Safety Key: Must be inserted for motor operation; removes to stop belt immediately.

Connecting to Power

Use only a properly grounded 120V AC outlet.

  1. Ensure power switch (if present on motor hood) is OFF.
  2. Plug power cord directly into wall outlet. Do not use a power strip.
  3. Turn power switch ON. The console may beep and display will illuminate.

Tip: Dedicated circuit recommended to avoid tripping breaker. Unplug when not in use for extended periods.

Operating the Treadmill

Supports manual running and programmed workouts.

  1. Start: Insert safety key, stand on side rails, press START. Belt begins slowly.
  2. Manual Mode: Step onto belt; adjust speed/incline with buttons as desired.
  3. Program Mode: Select a program (P1-P6). The workout will auto-adjust speed/incline.
  4. Heart Rate: Grip contact sensors continuously; pulse displays on console.
  5. Pause: Press STOP once to pause timer; belt slows to stop.
  6. Stop: Press STOP twice or remove safety key to stop completely.
  7. Cool Down: After workout, walk at slow speed (1-2 mph) for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Folding: Lift the deck latch near the rear roller to engage soft-drop mechanism; lower slowly.

WARNING! Always attach safety key. Do not jump on or off moving belt. Start at slow speed.

Safety Features

Safety Key: Immediate stop. Auto-Stop: Belt stops if no activity is detected for several minutes. Overload Protection: Motor shuts off if overheated or overloaded. Side Rails: Use for mounting/dismounting.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug before cleaning or servicing. Wipe console and frame with damp cloth; dry immediately. Vacuum under treadmill periodically. Lubricate deck every 3 months or 150 miles with silicone lubricant. Check belt tension and alignment monthly.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners. Never spray liquids directly on console or electronics.
