First-Time Setup

Controls and Indicators

Battery Indicator LEDs: Four LEDs show remaining charge: 4 LEDs = 75-100%; 3 LEDs = 50-75%; 2 LEDs = 25-50%; 1 LED = 10-25%; Flashing LED = Less than 10%.

Charging Indicator: LEDs will pulse while charging; All four LEDs stay solid when fully charged.

Charging the FLIP 20

Methods for recharging the power station.

Wall Charging: Connect the included USB-C cable to the FLIP 20 and a compatible wall adapter.
Computer Charging: Connect via USB-C to a computer USB port (slower charging).
Solar Charging: Connect a compatible Goal Zero solar panel to the solar port.

Using the FLIP 20

Powering your devices and using the flashlight.

Turn on the FLIP 20 by pressing and holding the power button for 2 seconds.
Connect your device to either the USB-A or USB-C output port using appropriate cable.
Your device should begin charging automatically.
To use flashlight: With unit on, press power button repeatedly to cycle through High, Low, SOS modes.
To check battery level: Press power button once (unit can be on or off).
Auto-shutoff: Unit will turn off after 4 hours if no device is connected or drawing power.

NOTE: The FLIP 20 can charge most smartphones 1-2 times depending on device battery size.

Solar Charging

Using solar panels to recharge your FLIP 20.

Connect a compatible Goal Zero solar panel to the solar charging port.

The FLIP 20 will begin charging automatically when connected to solar.

Troubleshooting
