Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Choose optimal location for solar panel.

  1. Position Solar Panel: Place in direct sunlight, facing south (northern hemisphere) at optimal angle.
  2. Connect Solar Panel to Generator: Use provided cable to connect panel's output to generator's SOLAR INPUT port.
  3. Grounding (if required): Connect grounding wire to grounding terminal for safety.
  4. Initial Charge: Allow solar panel to charge battery for 4-6 hours before first use.

WARNING! Do not install in shaded areas or near heat sources. Ensure all connections are dry and secure.

First-Time Setup

Power on generator; follow LCD display prompts.

  1. Initial Charge: Connect to solar panel or AC wall charger until battery reaches 100%.
  2. LCD Configuration: Press POWER button to turn on, navigate settings with MODE button.
  3. Output Selection: Choose output type (AC/DC/USB) based on connected device.
  4. Load Connection: Connect devices starting with lowest power draw first.

CAUTION! Keep generator on stable, flat surface. Avoid exposure to rain during operation.

Specifications

Controls and Settings

Access settings via buttons on control panel. Front Panel: POWER, MODE, LCD display, output ports.

LCD Display Icons: Battery level, Solar input, AC output, DC output, USB output, Warning indicators.

Settings: Battery save mode (enable/disable), LCD brightness, output voltage adjustment (DC), auto-shutdown timer. Protection: Overload, short circuit, over-temperature, low voltage cutoff.

Connecting Devices

AC Devices: Use AC output port (max 300W). DC Devices: Use 12V car port or DC5521 port. USB Devices: Use USB-A or USB-C ports.

  1. Check device power requirements (Watts/Amps).
  2. Ensure total connected load does not exceed 300W.
  3. Connect device cable to appropriate port.
  4. Press corresponding output button to activate power.

Tip: Start with low-power devices first to prevent initial surge overload.

Operation & Charging

Supports solar charging, AC wall charging, and car charging (with optional adapter).

  1. Solar Charging: Connect solar panel, position in sun. LCD shows charging status.
  2. AC Charging: Plug AC adapter into wall outlet and generator's AC INPUT.
  3. Operation: Press POWER to turn on, select outputs as needed.
  4. Monitoring: Watch LCD for battery level and output power.
  5. Auto-shutdown: Enable in settings to conserve battery when not in use.
  6. Battery Save Mode: Extends battery life by limiting maximum discharge.

WARNING! Do not connect devices exceeding rated capacity. Disconnect during thunderstorms.

Safety Features

Overload Protection: Automatically cuts power if load exceeds 300W. Short Circuit Protection: Detects and disables output. Temperature Control: Reduces output if overheated. Low Voltage Cutoff: Prevents battery damage by shutting down at 10% capacity.

Care & Maintenance

Keep unit clean and dry. Store in cool, dry place when not in use.

  1. Cleaning: Use dry cloth for solar panel and casing. Do not use chemicals.
  2. Battery: Charge to 50-60% if storing for more than 3 months.
  3. Inspection: Regularly check cables and ports for damage.

CAUTION! Do not disassemble unit. No user-serviceable parts inside.
