Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all contents. Prepare the cleaning area.

1. Place the Charging Dock: On a level surface against a wall, with at least 3 feet of clearance on each side and 6 feet in front.
2. Charge the Robot: Connect the power adapter to the dock and plug into a wall outlet. Place the robot on the dock to charge fully (approx. 5 hours).
3. Install Side Brushes: Attach the two side brushes to the bottom of the robot until they click into place.
4. Prepare Your Home: Clear floor of small objects, loose cables, and fragile items.

WARNING! Keep the charging dock away from heat sources and water. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

First-Time Use

Fully charge the robot before first use.

1. Power On: Press the POWER button on the robot or remote. The indicator light will turn on.
2. Select Cleaning Mode: Use the MODE button on the robot or remote to cycle through Auto, Spot, Edge, or Single Room mode.
3. Start Cleaning: Press the CLEAN/START button. The robot will begin cleaning and navigate the room.
4. Connect to App (Optional): Download the EufyHome app and follow in-app instructions to connect via Wi-Fi.

CAUTION! Do not pick up or move the robot while it is cleaning. Let it complete its cycle or return to the dock.

Controls and Settings

Cleaning Modes

Select the mode best suited for your cleaning needs.

1. Auto Mode: Default mode. Robot cleans the entire area systematically using Path Tracking™.
2. Spot Mode: Robot cleans intensively in a 3x3 foot area, spiraling outward. Ideal for concentrated dirt.
3. Edge Mode: Robot follows walls and edges to clean baseboards and corners.
4. Single Room Mode: Robot focuses on cleaning one room before moving to another.
5. Manual Mode (Remote): Use directional arrows on the remote to drive the robot manually.

Tip: Use Spot Mode for kitchen spills and Edge Mode for weekly perimeter cleaning.

Using the EufyHome App

Control and schedule your RoboVac from your smartphone.

1. Download the "EufyHome" app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Create an account or log in.
3. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
4. Press and hold the SPOT and HOME buttons on the robot for 3 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator flashes.
5. Follow the in-app instructions to add your T8700.
6. Once connected, you can schedule cleanings, start/stop the robot, change modes, and more.

WARNING! The robot only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. Ensure your router is set correctly.

Maintenance & Care

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

1. Empty Dustbin: After each cleaning cycle, remove and empty the dustbin.
2. Clean Filter: Remove and tap filter to remove dust. Rinse with water every 2 weeks and air dry completely for 24 hours before reinserting.
3. Clean Side Brushes: Remove hair and debris tangled around brushes regularly.
4. Clean Sensors: Wipe the anti-drop and anti-collision sensors on the bottom and bumper with a dry cloth.
5. Clean Charging Contacts: Wipe the metal charging contacts on the robot and dock with a dry cloth.
6. Check Main Brushes: Remove and clear any hair or debris from the main brush roll monthly.

CAUTION! Do not use the robot with a wet filter. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembly.
