IMPORTANT: The SoloCam C210 only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. Ensure your camera is within range of your router during setup.

Mounting and Installation

Plan your installation for optimal coverage and Wi-Fi signal strength.

  1. Choose Location: Select a location 7-10 feet (2-3 meters) high with a clear view. Ensure the location is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
  2. Install Mount: Use the mounting bracket as a template to mark screw holes. Drill pilot holes and secure the bracket using the provided screws and anchors (suitable for walls/wood).
  3. Attach Camera: Align the camera with the bracket and twist clockwise until it locks into place. Adjust the angle to the desired field of view and tighten the security screw at the base of the mount.
  4. Final Check: In the Eufy Security app, check the live view to confirm the camera angle covers the intended area.

WARNING! Ensure the mounting surface is stable and can support the camera's weight. Do not install near high-voltage power lines or in areas with extreme temperatures.
