Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure all components are present.

  1. Position solar panel: Place in direct sunlight with panel facing the sun.
  2. Attach carabiner: Clip to backpack, tent, or other secure location during outdoor use.
  3. Connect charging cable: Use included Micro-USB cable for initial wall charging.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, fully charge the battery via wall outlet.

  3. Device connection: Connect your USB device using appropriate cable to one of the USB ports.

Power Button: Short press to check battery level; long press (2 seconds) to turn on/off charger and activate flashlight.

LED Indicators: 4 blue LEDs show battery level (1 flash = 25%, 2 = 50%, 3 = 75%, 4 solid = 100%). Flashing during charging; solid when fully charged.

Flashlight Modes: Press Power button quickly to cycle through steady, SOS, and strobe modes. Press and hold to turn off.

Auto-shutoff: Charger turns off automatically if no device is connected for 30 seconds.

Connecting Devices

Compatible with most USB-powered devices (smartphones, tablets, cameras, etc.).

  1. Ensure charger is on (LED indicators visible).
  2. Use device's original USB cable or certified cable.
  3. Plug cable into one of the USB output ports on the charger.
  4. Connect other end to your device.
  5. Charging begins automatically; LED indicators will flash during charging.

Tip: For fastest charging, use wall outlet to charge the Sunpack first, then charge your device.

Charging Modes

Three methods to charge the Sunpack 100 battery:

  1. Solar Charging: Place in direct sunlight with solar panel facing sun. Charging time varies with sunlight intensity (approx 10-15 hours for full charge).
  2. Wall Outlet Charging: Use included Micro-USB cable and wall adapter (not included). Full charge in approx 6-7 hours.
  3. Car Adapter Charging: Use 12V car adapter with Micro-USB cable. Full charge in approx 6-7 hours.

Note: You can charge devices while the Sunpack is being charged via solar or outlet.

Safety Features

Overcharge Protection: Automatically stops charging when battery is full. Short-Circuit Protection: Safeguards against short circuits in connected devices. Temperature Control: Prevents charging in extreme temperatures. Overcurrent Protection: Limits output current to safe levels.

Care & Cleaning

Use dry, soft cloth to clean solar panel and casing. For stubborn dirt, use slightly damp cloth. Do not use chemicals or abrasives.

CAUTION! Do not immerse in water. Store in cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when not charging.
