Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local regulations.

  1. Turn off power: Isolate the circuit at the main distribution board.
  2. Mount the module: Install in a suitable electrical back box (dry, protected location).
  3. Connect wiring: Connect Line (L) and Neutral (N) from supply. Connect the load (light, shutter motor, socket) to the output terminal.
  4. Secure module: Fix the module in place and replace the cover.
  5. Restore power: Turn the circuit back on at the distribution board.

WARNING! Electrical installation hazard. Ensure power is OFF before working. Use appropriate personal protective equipment.

First-Time Setup

Power on the module; the status LED should illuminate. Follow pairing procedure to integrate with your controller.

  1. Enter pairing mode: Press and hold the pairing button on the module for 3-5 seconds until the LED flashes rapidly.
  2. Initiate inclusion: On your Delta Dore central controller (e.g., X3D remote), access the installation menu and select "Add a device".
  3. Confirm pairing: The controller will search for and identify the module. The module's LED will become steady or slow blink to confirm successful pairing.
  4. Assign a name/location: Use the controller interface to give the module a logical name (e.g., "Living Room Light").
  5. Test operation: Use the controller to turn the connected load On and Off to verify functionality.

CAUTION! Ensure the connected load does not exceed the module's maximum rating to prevent overheating and damage.

Specifications

Controls and Settings

Control is primarily via the paired central controller, remote, or smartphone app. Module has a physical pairing button and status LED.

Controller/App Interface: On/Off commands, scene creation, timer scheduling, group assignment.

Module Settings (via controller): Output type (light/shutter), default state after power loss, association with other devices (groups), radio signal repetition.

LED Indications: Steady on = Power OK & operational. Rapid flash = In pairing mode. Slow flash = Communication received. Off = No power or fault.

Connecting to the System

Integration with a Delta Dore home automation system is required for full functionality.

  1. Ensure you have a working Delta Dore central controller (e.g., X3D remote control station or gateway).
  2. Follow the First-Time Setup pairing procedure above.
  3. For shutter control: Configure the module output type as "shutter" in the controller settings and connect the up/down wires accordingly.
  4. Create scenes: Use the controller to combine this module with others for "All Off", "Good Night", or "Welcome Home" scenes.

Tip: For best wireless range, avoid installing the module inside metal enclosures or immediately behind large metal objects.

Operating Devices

Once paired, control connected loads via the central system.

  1. Direct Control: Select the device by name from the controller/app list and press On/Off or Up/Down.
  2. Group Control: Control all devices in a room or zone with one command.
  3. Scenes: Activate a pre-programmed scene that adjusts multiple devices to predefined states.
  4. Schedules/Timers: Set the device to turn on/off at specific times or based on sunrise/sunset.
  5. Remote Access: If using a TYMOOV gateway with internet connection, control devices from anywhere via smartphone app.

WARNING! Do not attempt to manually operate a motorized shutter if the automated control is active, to avoid damage or injury.

Advanced Features

Association: Allows direct wireless communication between modules without routing through the central controller for faster group response. Configured via the central unit.

Power-On Behavior: Set the module to return to a specific state (On, Off, or Last State) after a power failure.

Security: The TYMOOV protocol includes rolling code encryption to prevent unauthorized control.

Care & Maintenance

Isolate power before any maintenance. Keep the module clean and free from dust using a dry cloth. Do not use liquids or compressed air.

CAUTION! The module is not user-serviceable. Do not open the casing. In case of fault, contact a qualified technician.

Regulatory Information

This device complies with the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of the RED Directive 2014/53/EU and the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. The declaration of conformity is available at www.deltadore.com. Frequency bands and maximum RF power are as per regional approvals. Disposal: This product must not be disposed of with household waste. Please use an authorized collection center.

Troubleshooting

SymptomPossible CauseCorrective Action
Module not respondingNo power / Not pairedCheck circuit breaker and wiring. Re-initiate pairing procedure.
Controller cannot find moduleOut of range / Not in pairing modeMove controller closer. Ensure module LED is flashing rapidly (pairing mode).
Load does not turn onLoad faulty / Exceeds ratingTest load directly with power. Verify load power is within module specifications.
Intermittent operationWeak wireless signalCheck for sources of interference (metal, thick walls). Consider adding a TYMOOV signal repeater.
LED is offNo power supplyCheck mains voltage and connections at the module terminals.

Reset: To factory reset, press and hold the pairing button for more than 10 seconds until LED pattern changes (refer to full manual). This will erase all pairings.
