Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure all parts are present and undamaged.

  1. Place the glue gun on its stand on a stable, flat, non-flammable surface.
  2. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet.
  3. Turn the temperature control dial to desired setting (LOW for delicate materials, HIGH for strong bonds).
  4. The red LED will illuminate, indicating heating in progress.
  5. Wait 3-5 minutes until the green LED lights up, indicating ready status.
  6. Insert a glue stick into the rear loading chamber.

CAUTION! Never force a glue stick. Ensure gun is upright during heating.

Controls and Operation

Primary controls: Temperature Dial, Trigger, LED Indicator.

Operation Steps:

  1. Ensure green LED is on (ready).
  2. Gently squeeze the trigger to feed glue. Apply steady pressure.
  3. Move the nozzle along the bonding surface in a smooth, continuous motion.
  4. Release trigger to stop glue flow. For precise dots, tap and release quickly.
  5. Join materials immediately while glue is hot.
  6. After use, place gun on its stand. Unplug and allow to cool completely.

Tip: Practice on scrap material to master glue flow control.

Glue Stick Usage

Compatible with standard 11mm (7/16") diameter glue sticks.

  1. Select appropriate glue stick type (Multi-Temp, High-Temp, Low-Temp, colored, etc.).
  2. Insert stick into the rear loading chamber. No need to force; gravity will feed it.
  3. Add a new stick before the previous one is fully consumed to ensure continuous operation.
  4. For changing colors or types, allow old stick to fully melt and extrude before inserting new one.

WARNING! Use only glue sticks designed for hot melt glue guns. Do not use other materials.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Unplug and allow gun to cool completely before any cleaning.
  2. Wipe exterior with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use water or solvents.
  3. To clear nozzle clog: While gun is warm (not hot), gently wipe nozzle with a dry cloth or use a specialized nozzle cleaning tool. Never use metal objects that could damage the nozzle.
  4. For stubborn residue, heat gun briefly, then wipe with a cloth while warm.

CAUTION! Never immerse the glue gun in water or attempt to clean internal components.

Storage Guidelines

Proper storage prevents damage and accidents.
