Specifications

Controls and Settings

Three control dials located on bottom of unit.

MODE Dial: AUTO (motion-activated), DUSK-to-DAWN (on at dusk, off at dawn), ON (constant on).

TIME Dial: Adjusts duration light stays on after motion detection (5 sec, 1 min, 5 min, 10 min, 30 min).

SENS Dial: Adjusts motion detection sensitivity (Min to Max).

LUX Dial: Adjusts ambient light level at which light activates (Min for dark areas, Max for brighter areas).

Connecting to Power

Connect to standard 120V household electrical supply.

  1. Turn off power at circuit breaker.
  2. Connect black wire to hot (black) supply wire.
  3. Connect white wire to neutral (white) supply wire.
  4. Connect green wire to ground (green or bare) wire.
  5. Secure with wire nuts, wrap with electrical tape.
  6. Restore power and test.

Tip: Use weatherproof junction box for outdoor connections.

Operating Modes

Three operating modes for different lighting needs.

  1. AUTO Mode: Light activates only when motion is detected within set parameters.
  2. DUSK-to-DAWN Mode: Light turns on automatically at dusk and off at dawn, regardless of motion.
  3. ON Mode: Light remains on continuously until mode is changed.
  4. Test Mode: Some models include test button to verify sensor operation without waiting for motion.

WARNING! Do not install where constant switching may cause nuisance to neighbors.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

CAUTION! Turn off power before cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners or water spray.
