Installation

Unpack and inspect all components. Ensure stable, level concrete floor.

  1. Position the unit: Place on solid floor with at least 1 meter clearance on all sides.
  2. Secure to floor: Use provided anchor bolts (M12) to fix base plate.
  3. Connect air supply: Attach air hose to 8-10 bar (116-145 psi) compressed air source.
  4. Connect power: Plug into dedicated 220V outlet with proper grounding.
  5. Install accessories: Attach mounting head, guard, and tool tray as per diagram.

WARNING! Unit is extremely heavy (approx. 280 kg). Use lifting equipment and multiple personnel. Ensure floor can support weight.

First-Time Setup

Power on machine; perform initial calibration.

  1. System check: Press POWER button; ensure all displays illuminate.
  2. Calibrate balancer: Run automatic calibration sequence from CAL menu.
  3. Set parameters: Configure language, units (kg/g or oz), and diameter/width inputs.
  4. Test operation: Mount test wheel and perform trial balance cycle.
  5. Adjust air pressure: Set bead breaker and clamp pressure to recommended levels.

CAUTION! Wear safety glasses and gloves during setup. Keep hands clear of moving parts.

Operating Procedures

Follow sequence for safe tire changing and balancing.

  1. Demounting:
    • Position wheel on changer; secure with clamp.
    • Apply bead lubricant to tire edge.
    • Use bead breaker pedal to break bead on both sides.
    • Use demounting tool to remove tire from rim.
  2. Mounting:
    • Apply lubricant to new tire bead.
    • Position tire on rim; use mounting head to seat bead.
    • Inflate to recommended pressure.
  3. Balancing:
    • Mount wheel on balancer spindle; secure with cone.
    • Input dimensions (diameter, width, distance).
    • Press START; machine spins and calculates weight placement.
    • Apply weights as indicated on display.
    • Re-check balance to confirm accuracy.

WARNING! Always wear eye protection. Never exceed maximum inflation pressure. Ensure wheel is securely clamped.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Daily: Wipe down surfaces, check air connections, lubricate moving parts weekly. Monthly: Inspect wear parts (claws, rollers), check electrical connections. Yearly: Professional service recommended.
