Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure proper pipe compatibility.

  1. Select installation point: Choose straight section of pipe (minimum 5x pipe diameter from bends/valves).
  2. Mount sensor: Attach mounting bracket securely; insert sensor into pipe port (ensure O-ring is seated).
  3. Connect display unit: Attach cable from sensor to display unit; secure connections.
  4. Power on: Charge device fully before first use; press POWER button.

WARNING! Ensure pipe is depressurized before installation. Use proper tools to avoid injury.

First-Time Setup

Power on device; follow initial setup prompts.

  1. Set measurement units: Press UNIT button to select preferred unit (GPM default).
  2. Calibrate sensor: Use auto-calibration feature (hold MODE for 5 seconds in setup mode).
  3. Configure data logging: Access settings menu to enable/disable logging interval.

Calibration
