Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure mounting surface is stable and can support weight.

  1. Mounting: Use provided bracket; secure with appropriate screws for surface (concrete, wood, metal).
  2. Electrical Connection: Turn off power at circuit breaker. Connect live (brown), neutral (blue), and ground (green/yellow) wires to terminal block.
  3. Weatherproofing: Ensure cable gland is tightly sealed; check O-ring on housing.
  4. Adjustment: Loosen yoke bolts, aim light to desired angle, then tighten securely.

WARNING! Installation must be performed by qualified electrician. Ensure power is disconnected before wiring.

First-Time Setup

After installation, restore power and verify operation.

  1. Power On: Switch on circuit breaker; LED should illuminate immediately.
  2. Beam Adjustment: Adjust yoke to direct light where needed.
  3. Optional Dimmer: If using 0-10V dimmer, connect control wires to dimming terminals.
  4. Test Operation: Allow light to run for 15 minutes; check for proper brightness and no overheating.

CAUTION! Do not touch LED surface during operation; it becomes hot. Allow to cool before handling.

Specifications

Controls and Settings

No onboard controls; operation is via mains power switch or external dimmer.

External Dimming (Optional): Connect 0-10V dimmer to DIM+ and DIM- terminals. Dimming range: 10% to 100% brightness.

Color Temperature Selection: Fixed at factory; model variant indicated on label (WW=3000K, NW=4000K, CW=5000K).

Mounting Adjustment: Yoke allows 180° vertical and 360° horizontal rotation.

Connecting Devices

Primarily connects to mains power. Optional connections for dimming and sensors.

  1. Mains Power: Use 3-core cable (1.0mm² minimum) through cable gland.
  2. Dimmer: For 0-10V dimming, use shielded 2-core cable (0.5mm²).
  3. Photocell/Motion Sensor: Connect sensor output to dimming terminals if compatible.

Tip: Use waterproof connectors for outdoor connections. Ensure polarity is correct for dimming.

Operation Modes

Continuous operation; no modes other than dimmed level.

  1. Full Brightness: Default operation at 100% when powered directly.
  2. Dimmed Operation: When 0-10V dimmer is connected, brightness adjusts proportionally to control signal.
  3. Thermal Management: Integrated heat sink maintains LED temperature; brightness may reduce slightly at high ambient temperatures.
  4. Surge Protection: Built-in surge protector (2kV) for voltage spikes.

WARNING! Do not operate in ambient temperatures above 40°C. Ensure adequate ventilation.

Safety Features

Over-temperature Protection: Automatically reduces power if overheating detected. Short-Circuit Protection: Driver protected against output short. Surge Protection: 2kV surge withstand. Isolation Class: Class I (grounding required).

Care & Cleaning

Disconnect power before cleaning. Use soft cloth with mild detergent if needed. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

CAUTION! Do not spray water directly at cable gland or joints. Ensure light is cool before cleaning.
