Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure mounting surface is stable and can support the light's weight.

  1. Choose mounting location: Select a flat, stable surface away from direct water ingress points.
  2. Mount bracket: Use provided screws to secure mounting bracket to surface.
  3. Attach light fixture: Hang the fixture onto the bracket and secure with locking bolt.
  4. Electrical connection: Connect power cable to appropriate AC supply following local electrical codes.
  5. Secure cable: Use cable glands to maintain IP65 rating.

WARNING! Ensure power is turned OFF at the circuit breaker before installation. Use appropriate personal protective equipment.

First-Time Setup

After installation, power on the fixture and verify operation.

  1. Power verification: Turn on circuit breaker; LED should illuminate immediately.
  2. Angle adjustment: Loosen adjustment knob on bracket to aim light beam as needed, then retighten.
  3. Dimming setup (if applicable): Connect 0-10V dimmer wires to compatible controller.
  4. Test operation: Allow fixture to run for 15 minutes to ensure stable performance.

CAUTION! Do not touch LED surface during operation; it becomes hot. Allow to cool before handling.

Controls and Settings

This fixture has no user controls on the unit itself. Operation is controlled via the connected power switch or dimmer.

External Dimming (Optional): Connect compatible 0-10V dimmer to the dimming wires (purple and gray). Dimming range is 10%-100% of full light output.

Mounting Adjustment: Loosen the knob on the mounting bracket to adjust vertical and horizontal angle. Tighten securely after adjustment.

Connecting to Power

Connect to standard AC power supply following local electrical regulations.

  1. Turn OFF power at circuit breaker.
  2. Strip power cable ends to appropriate length.
  3. Connect wires: Live (brown) to L, Neutral (blue) to N, Ground (green/yellow) to ⏚.
  4. Secure connections with wire nuts or terminal block.
  5. Ensure cable gland is properly tightened to maintain waterproof seal.

Tip: For installations in wet locations, apply dielectric grease to connections before sealing.

Operation Modes

The fixture operates in continuous illumination mode when powered.

  1. Standard Operation: Connect to power switch for manual on/off control.
  2. Dimmable Operation: Connect to 0-10V dimmer for adjustable brightness.
  3. Photocell Operation (optional): Connect compatible photocell for dusk-to-dawn operation.

WARNING! Do not operate in ambient temperatures above 40°C. Ensure adequate ventilation around heat sink.

Maintenance & Safety

Regular inspection ensures optimal performance and safety.

Cleaning: Turn off power and allow to cool. Wipe exterior with soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use mild soap solution on cloth (not directly on fixture). Rinse with damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

Inspection: Every 6 months, check for: Loose mounting hardware, Corrosion or damage to housing, Water accumulation in housing, Secure electrical connections.

CAUTION! Never open the fixture housing as this will void warranty and IP rating. Do not use abrasive cleaners or high-pressure water jets.
