Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure mounting surface can support 2.5kg weight.

  1. Mounting: Use provided bracket and hardware to secure to wall or pole.
  2. Electrical connection: Turn off power at circuit breaker before wiring.
  3. Wiring: Connect live (brown), neutral (blue), and ground (green/yellow) wires to terminal block.
  4. Secure housing: Ensure all seals are properly positioned before tightening.

WARNING! Installation must be performed by qualified electrician. Ensure power is disconnected during installation.

First-Time Setup

After installation, restore power and verify operation.

  1. Power verification: Turn on circuit breaker; LED should illuminate immediately.
  2. Beam adjustment: Loosen bracket screws to adjust beam direction as needed.
  3. Seal check: Verify all gaskets are properly seated for waterproof integrity.
  4. Test operation: Allow light to operate for 30 minutes to ensure stable performance.

CAUTION! Do not touch LED surface during operation - high temperature hazard.

Specifications

Controls and Settings

No user controls on unit - operates automatically when powered. Optional accessories available:

Optional Timer: External timer can be connected to power line for scheduled operation.

Optional Dimmer: Compatible with 0-10V dimming systems (requires separate dimmer module).

Optional Motion Sensor: Add-on PIR motion sensor available for energy saving mode.

Mounting adjustments: Loosen bracket bolts to adjust vertical and horizontal angles.

Connecting Devices

Primary connection is power input only. Optional accessories connect externally.

  1. Power connection: Use minimum 1.5mm² copper wire for mains connection.
  2. Timer connection: Connect timer between mains supply and light input.
  3. Dimmer connection: Requires separate 0-10V dimmer controller wired to control input.
  4. Multiple units: Can be connected in parallel on same circuit (consider total load).

Tip: Use waterproof conduit for outdoor installations to protect wiring.

Operation Modes

Single operation mode - constant illumination when powered.

  1. Normal operation: Provides constant 100W output when powered.
  2. With timer: Follows timer schedule for on/off cycles.
  3. With dimmer: Output adjusts according to 0-10V control signal (10V = 100%, 0V = 10%).
  4. With motion sensor: Activates at full brightness when motion detected, dims to 20% after preset time.
  5. Thermal management: Automatic brightness reduction if temperature exceeds safe limits.

WARNING! Do not operate in enclosed fixtures - requires adequate ventilation.

Safety Features

Over-temperature protection: Automatically reduces output if temperature exceeds 85°C. Surge protection: Built-in 4kV surge protection for power line spikes. Short circuit protection: Internal fuse protects against wiring faults.

Care & Cleaning

Disconnect power before cleaning. Use soft cloth with mild detergent if needed.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners or high-pressure water jets. Clean lens only when cool.
