Initial Setup and Charging

Fully charge the unit before first use.

  1. AC Charging: Connect the AC charging cable to the unit's AC Input port and a wall outlet. The LCD will show charging status and estimated time to full.
  2. Car Charging: Connect the 12V car charging cable to the unit's DC Input port and your vehicle's 12V socket (engine running recommended).
  3. Solar Charging: Connect compatible solar panels to the DC Input port using an MC4 to XT60 cable (sold separately). Ensure solar panel voltage is within 11-60V DC.

Charging Time (Approx.): AC Wall (6-7 hrs), 12V Car (8-10 hrs), 200W Solar (3-4 hrs).

CAUTION! Do not mix charging sources. Use only one input method at a time.

Using the Power Station

Powering your devices safely.

  1. AC Devices: Ensure total load does not exceed 500W. Plug device into AC outlet and press the AC Output button. The Pure Sine Wave is safe for sensitive electronics.
  2. DC Devices: Plug 12V devices (car fridge, air pump) into the DC Car Port and press the DC Output button.
  3. USB Devices: Connect phones, tablets, or laptops to USB-A or USB-C ports. Press the USB Output button. USB-C supports fast charging for compatible devices.
  4. Simultaneous Use: You can use multiple output types at once, but total output must not exceed 500W.

Tip: Check the LCD screen for real-time power consumption and remaining battery runtime.

Solar Charging Guide

Harness solar power for off-grid recharging.

  1. Panel Compatibility: Use solar panels with an open-circuit voltage (Voc) between 11-60V DC and a maximum power (Pmax) up to 500W.
  2. Connection: Use proper cables to connect panel's MC4 connectors to the unit's DC Input port.
  3. Positioning: Place panels in direct sunlight, angled towards the sun for optimal efficiency.
  4. Monitoring: The LCD will show solar input wattage. The built-in MPPT controller optimizes charging automatically.

WARNING! Do not exceed 60V input voltage. Disconnect solar panels before performing any maintenance on the unit or panels.

Maintenance & Storage

Proper care ensures long life.

CAUTION! Never attempt to open the casing or replace the battery. This voids the warranty and is hazardous.

Troubleshooting

SymptomPossible CauseCorrective Action
Unit will not turn onBattery fully depletedConnect to AC, car, or solar charger for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on.
No output from portsOutputs disabled / Overload protectionPress corresponding output button to enable. If overload occurred, disconnect all devices, wait 30 seconds, and restart unit.
AC devices not workingExceeds 500W limit / Device incompatibleCheck device wattage. Some high-startup-wattage devices (motors) may exceed surge capacity. Try a lower-wattage device.
Not charging from solarInsufficient sunlight / Wrong connection / Voltage mismatchEnsure panels are in direct sun. Check cable connections. Verify panel voltage is between 11-60V.
LCD shows error codeOver-temperature / Short circuitTurn unit off and let cool in a shaded area. Check connected devices for shorts. Restart.
Rapid battery drainHigh power load / Old batteryReduce connected load. If unit is old, battery capacity may have degraded naturally.

Reset: If unit is unresponsive, press and hold the Power Button for 10 seconds to force a reset.
