Installation

Unpack and inspect all components. Ensure installation area is clean, dry, and near a water source and power outlet.

  1. Mount the unit: Secure to a stable wall or platform using provided brackets.
  2. Connect water supply: Attach inlet hose to cold water line using included adapter.
  3. Connect drain line: Route drain tubing to a suitable wastewater outlet.
  4. Connect storage tank: Attach tank to unit via quick-connect fittings.
  5. Plug into power: Use dedicated 120V AC, 15A outlet.

WARNING! System is heavy; use two people for lifting and mounting. Ensure all connections are watertight before powering on.

First-Time Setup

Power on the system; follow on-screen initialization prompts.

  1. Prime the system: Run initial flush cycle for 10 minutes to remove air and carbon fines.
  2. Set language: In SETTINGS menu, select ENGLISH (default).
  3. Calibrate sensors: Follow automated calibration for tank level and flow rate.
  4. Connect to Wi-Fi: Enter network credentials for remote monitoring (optional).
  5. Set purification mode: Choose between Standard, Economy, or Turbo modes.

CAUTION! Do not consume water until initial flush cycle is complete. Ensure drain line is unobstructed.

Specifications

Controls and Settings

Access menu via touch panel or remote app. Front Panel: POWER, MODE, FLUSH, SETTINGS, ALARM RESET.

Digital Display: Shows tank level, flow rate, filter life, system status, and error codes.

Settings Menu: Language (ENGLISH default), Flow Rate Adjustment, Purification Mode (Standard/Economy/Turbo), UV Timer, Alarm Settings, Wi-Fi Setup. Maintenance: Filter Life Indicators, System Flush Schedule, Self-Clean Cycle. Security: Default access code 0000 for advanced settings.

Connecting to Water Supply

Inlet: 3/4" standard hose connection. Outlet: 1/2" food-grade tubing. Drain: 1/2" drain line.

  1. Turn off main water supply before connecting.
  2. Install sediment pre-filter if water source has high particulate.
  3. Use Teflon tape on all threaded connections.
  4. Open supply valve slowly and check for leaks.
  5. Select mode via MODE button (Purification for normal operation).

Tip: Install a pressure regulator if inlet pressure exceeds 80 PSI.

Operation Modes

Supports three primary modes: Purification, Bypass, and Flush.

  1. Purification Mode: Normal operation; water passes through all filtration stages and UV.
  2. Bypass Mode: Diverts water around filtration for non-potable uses (e.g., cleaning).
  3. Flush Mode: Cleans RO membrane and lines; run monthly for 5 minutes.
  4. Automatic Operation: System turns on when tank level drops below 25%.
  5. Manual Override: Use touch panel to start/stop purification cycle.
  6. Turbo Mode: Increases flow rate for faster tank refill (uses more power).
  7. Economy Mode: Reduces flow rate to extend filter life and save energy.

WARNING! Do not switch modes while system is actively purifying. Allow cycle to complete first.

Maintenance & Filter Replacement

Filter Life Indicators: Display shows remaining life for each stage. Replace filters as indicated:

Replacement Procedure: Power off system, close inlet valve, release pressure, replace cartridge, reset indicator in menu.

Care & Cleaning

Power off and disconnect from water supply before cleaning. Wipe exterior with damp cloth. Use mild detergent if needed. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

CAUTION! Never spray water directly on control panel or electrical components. Keep vents clear of dust.
