Controls and Settings

Primary control is the multi-function power button. LED indicators show battery status.

Power Button: Short press to cycle flashlight modes (Steady → SOS → Strobe → Off). Long press (2 seconds) to turn flashlight on/off from any mode. Press once while charging to check battery level.

LED Indicators (4 lights): Illuminate to show approximate battery level: 1 light = 0-25%, 2 lights = 26-50%, 3 lights = 51-75%, 4 lights = 76-100%. Flashing during charging; solid when fully charged.

Solar Charging Indicator: Small red LED near solar panel lights when solar charging is active.

Connecting Devices

Use the USB output port to charge electronic devices.

  1. Ensure the charger has sufficient battery (at least 1 LED lit).
  2. Connect your device (phone, GPS, headlamp, etc.) using a standard USB cable.
  3. Charging begins automatically. The device's own charging indicator will activate.
  4. Disconnect when charging is complete or when charger battery is depleted.

Tip: For fastest charging, use wall adapter via micro-USB. Solar charging is slower and depends on sunlight intensity.

Charging & Operation

Supports solar and micro-USB charging.

  1. Solar Charging: Place in direct sunlight. Ensure solar panel is clean and unobstructed. Charging time: ~10-12 hours for full charge (depending on sunlight).
  2. Micro-USB Charging: Connect to 5V/1A wall adapter or computer USB port. Charging time: ~3-4 hours for full charge.
  3. Using Flashlight: Press and hold power button 2 seconds to turn on. Short press to cycle modes. Hold 2 seconds to turn off.
  4. Battery Check: Press power button once (not holding) to illuminate battery level LEDs for 3 seconds.
  5. Auto-Off: Flashlight turns off automatically after 30 minutes if no button press (prevents battery drain).

WARNING! Do not look directly into LED flashlight. Do not charge or use near flammable materials.

Safety Features

Overcharge Protection: Automatically stops charging when battery is full. Short-Circuit Protection: Safeguards against output short circuits. Temperature Control: Reduces charging current if overheating detected. Low-Power Shutdown: Automatically turns off flashlight when battery is critically low to prevent damage.

Care & Cleaning

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the solar panel and casing. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth. Ensure unit is completely dry before use or charging.

CAUTION! Do not use chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners. Do not submerge in water despite IPX4 rating. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use for extended periods.
