Safety Information

Initial Setup & Charging

Before first use, fully charge the unit.

  1. Unpack and inspect for damage.
  2. Connect the included AC adapter to the unit and a wall outlet.
  3. The LCD will display charging status. Charge until battery indicator shows 100%.
  4. For solar charging, connect compatible solar panel to the DC input port.
  5. Fully charge before extended storage.

CAUTION! Use only the provided or Aims Power-approved charging accessories. Incorrect chargers can damage the battery.

Front Panel: LCD Display, AC Output Switch, DC Output Switch, USB Ports.

Side/Rear Ports: AC Charging Input, Solar/DC Charging Input, 12V Car Output, 12V Regulated Output, Ground Terminal.

LCD Display Icons: Battery Percentage, Input/Output Wattage, Warning Indicators (Overload, Over-temperature, Short Circuit). Controls: Master Power Button, AC Output Button, DC Output Button, LCD Backlight Button.

Operating Instructions

Powering Devices: Connect device to appropriate output port and turn on the corresponding output switch.

  1. Turn on the unit with the Master Power Button.
  2. For AC devices: Plug into AC outlet, press AC Output Button.
  3. For DC devices: Plug into 12V carport or regulated port, press DC Output Button.
  4. For USB devices: Plug directly into USB-A or USB-C port (always active when unit is on).
  5. Monitor battery level on LCD display.
  6. Turn off outputs and master power when not in use to conserve battery.

Tip: Start with the highest power draw device first to avoid overloading the system.

Charging Methods

Supports three charging methods: AC Wall Outlet, Solar Panel, and 12V Car Outlet.

  1. AC Charging: Connect included AC adapter. Fastest method.
  2. Solar Charging: Connect compatible solar panel to DC input. Ensure proper polarity and voltage (12-48V DC).
  3. Car Charging: Connect 12V car charger cable to DC input and vehicle's 12V outlet.
  4. Charging status is shown on LCD. Do not exceed max input ratings.
  5. Unit can be used while charging (pass-through charging).

WARNING! Use only solar panels with voltage within specified range. Incorrect voltage can damage the charge controller.

Maintenance & Storage

Clean with dry cloth only. Store in a cool, dry place.

  1. For long-term storage, charge battery to 50-80%.
  2. Recharge every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.
  3. Do not store in temperatures below -4°F (-20°C) or above 140°F (60°C).
  4. Keep terminals clean and free of corrosion.

CAUTION! Do not immerse in water or use abrasive cleaners. Avoid storing in fully discharged state.
