Specifications

Controls and Settings

Access menus via PROGRAM button. Front Panel: POWER, PROGRAM, MANUAL/AUTO, RESET, Navigation arrows, ENTER.

Remote: POWER, PROGRAM, MANUAL, ARROWS, ENTER, CANCEL, TEST.

Programming: Schedules (start time, duration, days), Sensor thresholds (moisture, temperature), Output sequencing, Manual override. Settings: Language, Time format, Display contrast, Alarm settings, Calibration. Security: Password protection (default 0000).

Connecting Sensors & Devices

Sensor Inputs: Ports 1-4 for various sensors. Relay Outputs: Terminals 1-6 for loads.

  1. Turn off power before connecting.
  2. Connect sensors: Match wire colors (red: power, black: ground, white: signal).
  3. Connect loads: Use relay commons and NO/NC contacts as needed.
  4. Select sensor type in menu for proper calibration.

Tip: Use shielded cables for sensors in electrically noisy environments.

Programming Operations

Supports multiple independent schedules and sensor-based control.

  1. Enter programming: Press PROGRAM, enter password (default 0000).
  2. Create schedule: Select output, set start time, duration, and active days.
  3. Set sensor control: Define thresholds to start/stop outputs.
  4. Save: Press ENTER to save program; test in MANUAL mode first.
  5. Edit: Navigate to existing program to modify parameters.
  6. Copy: Duplicate programs between outputs.
  7. Monitor: View real-time sensor readings and output status.
  8. Backup: Export programs to SD card (optional accessory).

WARNING! Do not exceed relay ratings. Test system thoroughly before leaving unattended.

Safety Features

Overload Protection: Automatic shutdown if current exceeds limits. Sensor Failure Detection: Alerts if sensor disconnects or gives invalid readings. Water Detection: Alarm if moisture inside enclosure. Password Protection: Prevents unauthorized programming changes.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Disconnect power before maintenance. Clean exterior with damp cloth; ensure vents are clear. Check connections annually for corrosion.

CAUTION! Do not open housing while powered. Use only mild cleaners; avoid solvents.
